Acceptance of Terms
By using FlipManga, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these terms
- You agree to comply with all provisions
- You are at least 13 years old or have parental consent
- You will use the service in accordance with Telegram's Terms of Service
The Service
FlipManga is a free, ad-supported manga reading platform that operates as a Telegram Mini App. We provide:
- Free access to manga series and chapters
- Reading tools including bookmarks, history, and cloud sync
- A gamification system with ranks, coins, and rewards
- Optional in-app purchases through Telegram Stars
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse the ad system or use ad-blocking tools within the app
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages in the rank system
- Scrape or redistribute manga content from the platform
- Use automation tools to artificially inflate reading stats or coins
- Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
Virtual Currency and Purchases
Regarding coins and purchases:
- Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
- Coins cannot be transferred between users or exchanged for money
- Telegram Stars purchases are subject to Telegram's payment terms
- Ranks are earned through reading and cannot be purchased
- We reserve the right to adjust coin values and shop prices
Content
Please note:
- Manga content is sourced from third-party providers
- We do not claim ownership of manga artwork or stories
- Content availability may change without notice
- User-generated content (future features) must comply with community guidelines
Service Availability
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Maintenance windows may occur without advance notice
- Features may change as we continue development
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for data loss despite our best efforts at cloud sync
- We are not liable for content accuracy or completeness
- Our total liability is limited to amounts paid through Telegram Stars in the last 12 months
Termination
- You can stop using FlipManga at any time
- We may restrict access for terms violations
- Data can be wiped through the Settings page at any time
Changes to Terms
- Changes will be posted on this page
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
